August 29 to September 28, 2016
What is my donation used for?
Grants for technology, science, and classroom materials as well as fully fund all our education, arts, and school community programs and events.
The fundraising goal for 2016-2017 is $150,000. Here is a breakdown of where your money goes...
Did you know?
The Del Mar Heights PTA funds:
• 100% of the cost of materials used in science classes
• 100% of the budget for library materials
• Technology in every classroom
• Grants to teachers to cover classroom materials previously funded by the District
The Annual Giving Campaign is our most important fundraiser of the year. Contributions received through the Annual Giving Campaign are the primary source of funding for the PTA-sponsored education and arts programs, grants, and school community events that help to create the high-quality learning environment at Del Mar Heights School. Our goal for the Annual Giving Campaign is 100% participation! To keep it fun, every classroom on campus will be challenged to meet a specific participation target – each class that hits its target will win a EXTRA RECESS!!
If you do not wish to make a donation to the Annual Giving Campaign this year, but would like to help your child(ren)’s classroom(s) meet their participation goal, please fill out the form below. Please be sure to indicate each student’s name, teacher, and grade level. Each student’s classroom will receive credit for your participation for purposes of the classroom challenge.
