The Del Mar Heights Annual Jog-a-Thon will be held Friday, November 9th!

The Del Mar Heights PTA is sponsoring our annual Jog-a-Thon on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:30am. Through this event, we come together to promote a healthy lifestyle, have fun, and raise money to help fund salaries for our STEAM+ teachers. This fundraiser is special because our students feel they've contributed by raising support and running their hearts out!

All proceeds from the Jog-a-Thon will go directly to the Del Mar Schools Education Foundation (DMSEF). The Foundation raises funds that help the District pay the salaries of our Science, Technology, Arts, Music, and Physical Education (STEAM+) teachers.

Please support this event by sponsoring your child’s efforts and encouraging friends and family members to join you. We again be using
Pledgestar, a web-based fundraising system that emails pledge requests to your family and friends, allowing them make secure, tax-deductible credit card donations directly to DMSEF (Tax ID# 33-0925945).

Donations may also be made via check, payable to DMSEF. Please be sure to include your child's name and school in the Memo section. Mailing address:

NEW THIS YEAR: Laps will be counted for fun, but we will not be collecting per-lap donations. In an effort to eliminate excess waste, we are requesting that you send your child to school with a freshly filled water bottle. There will be a designated location on the field for each class to place their water bottles.

We are continuing the tradition of having grade levels run in COLORS. Please encourage your students to wear Del Mar Heights spirit wear OR their grade color.

Kindegarten - Purple
1st Grade - Blue
2nd Grade - Green
3rd Grade - Yellow
4th Grade - Orange
