School Community Directory

The Del Mar Heights school community directory is a handy resource available on your computer, tablet, or smart phone using Membership Toolkit. Once you have created an account with Membership Toolkit, you can access the directory after logging in.

Please note: Membership Toolkit is also the software our PTA uses for sending weekly newsletters. If you wish to receive them, you must opt-in annually by updating your family/student contact information for the current school year. Please see the instructions below. You can update your communication preferences at any time from within your account here.

Membership Toolkit Instructions

  • 1️⃣

    Navigate here and click the register/log in button. Returning users can log in, new families must register a new account.

  • 2️⃣

    Enter (or update for the current school year) parent/family contact details in step one and student information in step two.

  • 3️⃣

    Complete your directory preferences. Using the tick boxes, you can indicate the details other families can and cannot see.
