DMH PTA Funds at Work

Funds raised via membership dues and through fundraisers help support our school’s STEAM+ activities (arts, sciences, physical education, Spanish, technology); classroom & teacher supplies; awards, prizes, & teacher recognition; field trips & learning activities; and events such as family movie nights, carnivals, dances, & celebration weeks. These truly make a huge difference in our school community!

  • Dissecting owl pellets

  • Creating bottle ecosystems with live plants and animals

  • Engineering electric cars

  • Dissecting squid

  • Exploring genetics by growing and observing three generations of plants

  • Examining pigs’ hearts

  • Dissecting flowers

  • Designing and testing beaver dams
